Join Yellow Flash organization

Description

Allows you to throw a kunai and if it hits someone they will have a unique marker placed upon them.

Additional Info

If the technique is used again within 30 seconds and you are in the same map, you will instantly teleport to them and perform a kick.
Sends the person in front of you to the marked person if you hold R while using it
If you are a Namikaze instead of a kick you will instantly use a Rasengan. This has a 15% chance of being a Giant Rasengan.
