Description

Shadow Neck-Bind Jutsu is a technique which allows all who are bound to be choked.

Additional Info

Requires someone to be bound via Shadow Possession Jutsu.
Damage cannot be avoided or blocked.
Works from any distance but damage starts at 40% lower if beyond 10 tiles distance.
Each successive neckbind lowers the damage by 40%.
