How To Obtain

Talk to Sumi, Mimao

Description

Through your artistic skills and chakra manipulation you produce a huge tiger that is capable of dragging people it bites to a scroll.

Additional Info

Tiger will move sporadically around the user and catch any nearby targets
Upon catching a target, the tiger will drag it into the scroll that it was spawned from and trap the target
Captured targets can struggle out of the scroll
Captured targets will automatically exit the scroll after several seconds
Tiger's scroll has HP so it can be destroyed and cause the captured target to be released prematurely
