Through your artistic skills and chakra manipulation you produce snakes with ink. Each nearby ink puddle becomes a new snake.

Requires existing ink puddles to spawn the snakes
Ink Snakes will rush toward a targeted player
Toggles walk upon impact
Applies a poison status upon impact
Dies in a single hit
