How To Obtain

• Talk to Kiro, Rian

Description A signature jutsu of the Kiro clan which allows them to create a large shuriken that continuously rotates while blocking things. Additional Info

• Star spawns in front of your character.
• Star can be moved by clicking on it and dragging and once let go, will be shot in that direction. (Cannot be done while moving)
• If used while facing a dense turf or object the star spawns beneath your character.
• Can be used while bound.
• Star is automatically released if the user releases Z or uses another technique.
• For a short period of time you can see chakra auras and invisible players after using this.
